Project Manager

As a Project Manager, Caro takes joy in the process of bringing our clients visions to reality; from taking careful consideration of all the Clients request in the Design Development Phase, to conducting close coordination and collaboration with Consultants and Contractors. Carolina takes lead and participates in all the phases of a project with great enthusiasm.

Carolina (KA.RO.LEE.NAH) is a graduate from Louisiana State University where she acquired her bachelors in Architecture in 2014. In addition to architecture, she was also trained as an artist and obtained a minor in Fine Arts. Shortly after graduating, Caro worked at DNA Workshop (Dyke Nelson Architecture) a firm located in Baton Rouge, LA, where she obtained 4 years of experience and helped in the production of multiple projects, such as Historic Renovation Electric Depot and Rose Award winning project Rock and Sake.

Since joining the PWN Team, Caro has been able to contribute in the development of various projects including new construction and renovation projects ranging from residential, commercial, to multi-use buildings. She is very proficient in the use of Building Information Modeling Software (Revit) and Autocad for the production of construction documents and the creation of visualizations such as 3D Renders. Caro is currently pursuing architectural licensure and likes to spend her free time exploring the outdoors.
